Force rollback, put the database into single-user mode and take it offline
Replace $catalog with the catalog name.
ALTER DATABASE [$catalog] SET SINGLE_USER WITH ROLLBACK IMMEDIATE;
ALTER DATABASE [$catalog] SET OFFLINE;Bring it back online using the approach detailed here
