A delicious cream cheese frosting. Recommended as a topping for Recipe for Date and walnut cake.

Ingredients

200g icing sugar
100g cream cheese
50g butter

Method

Sift the icing sugar into a bowl
In a separate bowl, combine the cream cheese and butter
Gradually mix the sifted icing sugar into cream cheese & butter mix until it reaches the desired consistency and sweetness.
