Ingredients
- 1 mince
- 1 onion finely chopped
- 2 garlic finely chopped
- 2 tins of toms, drain water from 1 of them
- Big squirt of puree
- can full of stock using beef stock cube
- Smoked paprika
- Cumin
- Chilli
- Mixed herbs
- Dark choc 2 squares or brown sugar 1 spoon
- Finely chopped carrot
- 1 tine of kidney beans
Method
- Heat oil in pan
- Fry garlic and onions until onions are
- translucent
- Add 1 big tsp of each herb and spice and stir
- for a few seconds
- Add mince and fry until brown
- Add Carrots and cook for a couple mins
- Add toms, puree, stock and stir well
- Add 2tsp of herbs and spices, stir well
- adjust for preference
- Add chocolate
- Add a few grounds of salt and pepper
- Add kidney beans
- Mix it alltogether, should be fairly watery
- Reduce for about 45 mins
