A recipe to make the wrappers for potsticker dumplings.
Preparation Time: 5m Cooking Time: 0m
Ingredients
- 140g plain flour
- 125ml very hot water
Method
- Place the flour into large bowl and gradually stir the water into it with a fork until it forms a light and consistent dough. It should not seem too dry.
- Knead the dough on a work surface until it is smooth - about 8 minutes.
- Return the dough to the bowl, cover with a damp cloth and set aside for 20 minutes. Use this time to prepare your Pork mince potsticker filling
- Take small, 2cm balls of the dough and flatted with your hand into circular wraps
