Potsticker dumpling wrappers

A recipe to make the wrappers for potsticker dumplings.

Ingredients

  • 140g plain flour
  • 125ml very hot water

Method

  • Place the flour into large bowl and gradually stir the water into it with a fork until it forms a light and consistent dough. It should not seem too dry.
  • Knead the dough on a work surface until it is smooth - about 8 minutes.
  • Return the dough to the bowl, cover with a damp cloth and set aside for 20 minutes. Use this time to prepare your Pork mince potsticker filling
  • Take small, 2cm balls of the dough and flatted with your hand into circular wraps
