Ingredients
- 30g butter
- 300-400ml milk
- 3 tbsp dark soy sauce
- 2 tbsp flour
Method
- Melt the butter in a pan
- Add in 2 tbsp not heaped of flour
- Stir well, cook for just under a minute
- Add milk slowly, however much you think, probably about 300 to 400 ml
- Heat until it thickens
- Stir in soy sauce a bit at a time and taste it. It gets overpowering quickly.
